All digital reservation and guest data is stored securely in our cloud-based Property Management System (HotelKey.com) and CRM (Sabre), with access limited by staff role.
Physical registration cards are stored securely on property in a restricted-access room and contain only basic guest information.
We do not sell or share your data with any third parties for external marketing or unrelated services.

We use your data for the following purposes:
To manage reservations, check-ins, and guest requests
To send booking confirmations, updates, and essential service communications
To request feedback or reviews following your stay

We may occasionally send you marketing messages about our services, special rates, or local events. These messages are only sent to guests who have provided contact details directly or through a third-party booking.

We do not sell or disclose guest information to any third party. Data is shared only as required to complete your reservation or meet legal obligations. At this time, no vendors have direct access to guest contact information. If this changes, we will update our privacy policy accordingly.

We maintain industry-standard security practices, including encryption and password protection, to safeguard your data. Access to guest information is limited internally to team members who require it to perform their job functions.
